    To be clear:
Older systems running Sierra and earlier CAN write metadata to RAW, jpg, other file types on mounted servers
High Sierra systems running the same version of Bridge cannot. But oddly, CAN write metadata to .psd files.

This is an amazing find: i just tested this and got positive results.
to Adobe & apple: This is clearly a problem: Bridge CC 2019 CANNOT write metadata to specific filetypes on servers: jpeg, RAW (NEF, CR2 etc) but CAN do so to psd files. This only occurs on served volumes (smb) My colleague runs Sierra and Bridge cc 2019 (latest) and I run HIGH Sierra, with adobe bridge CC 2019 (latest) and this only happens on systems like mine. All tagging, labeling etc is fine on local or connected drives (usb, etc)

Same issue here, cannot tell if its a permissions problem on the server or if its a bridge bug. I see this on both RAW files and the associated 'preview' .jpgs. For RAW files that have .sidecar metadata text files, there is no problem.

And Bridge seems to have lost keyword search functionality. again.
