    Being able to work with native Fits files in Bridge is something I consider as critically important to my astrophotography work. Having to export to TIF is inconvenient on many levels. It is necessary to review all images from a session prior to processing and must also maintain our imaging file systems. Bridge would be very nice for these purposes. We have solutions for this but they remove us from the Adobe working environment. In time, without support, Bridge and other Adobe platform tools won't even be needed (e.g. same deal in PS).
