    Hello. For maybe a month now I have been searching for a fix so that I can use Bridge. I usually use bridge everyday. The program launches but I can not navigate to different folders. The swirling circle remains on screen for a "VERY LONG" time. It just locks up. I probably have even allowed 30 minutes just to see if it would load. It doesn't not. Is there any way I can get access to the previous versions. I uninstalled and downloaded the new update today (Nov 29, 2022). This did not correct the problem. I also disabled all aps on computer via task manager. Bridge still did not work. So there is no other program installed on my computer that is contributing to this problem. I also do not get the option to download previous versions of aps via the CREATIVE CLOUD VIEW ALL APS page. When I right click on the (3 dots) the only options available are LEARN MORE or UNINSTALL. Please help. This has impacted my productivity in a big way.
