Bridge version and System configuration.
Are these files in network volume?
Are any filters applied?
Screenshot of "Options for thumbnail quality and preview generation”. You can find it in the top right corner.

Is any other pdf files opening in photoshop apart from the one generated through output module?
Is the pdf generated through output model opening in Acrobat?- Bridge team

Whether preserve transparency was enabled?
Whether preserve an embedded color profile was enabled?
What template/contact sheet settings were you using?
What type of images you were using?
What was the size of images used?Thanks,
