Dear User,
Please go to Preferences by pressing Command +K
Go to Interface tab, and set User Interface scaling to 200%Please let me know if it helps

Dear User,
Are you seeing freeze even when cache generation is complete for all files in current folder.
Also please let me know if you are working on local files or network files, and the operating system you are using .

Request you to share the details of the issue you are facing with Bridge CC 2019.
This will help us share a resolution or investigate the issue.
In case you want to revert to Bridge CC 2018 , go to Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop using your paid ID, click the dropdown button next to Bridge CC , click manage and Previous versions. Now select 8.1 to install Adobe Bridge CC 2018

Hi Steve,
Request you to reset the workspace for better viewing.
If the issue still persists, you can drag the content panel to the left a little which will give enough space to metadata panel.Please let me know if this helps.

On Mac, we have provided the ability to Copy and move files from Bridge to finder\Bridge
