    today my fonts in typekit became unavailable and I have no way to regain access to them. total killer of productivity and time. HELLPPPPPP

  2. Error when exporting shared cache

    Getting an error when trying to export the cache to a network folder, or a local folder on my drive that syncs with Dropbox. Can't share with others if they can't access it...

  3. Open file commmand not working in Brige CC 2019 , double clicking does not work either Windows 10

    Open file command not working
    Double clicking on icon does not open file.
    All file associations in preferences are correct.
    Bridge is all but useless.

  4. Bridge doesn´t open

    Starting Bridge and it doesn´t open fully. There is a pop up window in front of everything with a rolling waiting symbol, no text. As if Bridge is trying to online or something. Can not do anything.

    I need a quick fix. All my work is on hold because of this!

    Please sign in to Creative Cloud on the machine and this dialog will not come up. Else sign in this dialog to use Bridge

  5. Red boxes on images in Bridge

    I've got some random red boxes that appear on some of my files in Bridge. these are files that have been processed in photoshop, and sometimes it appears in the large preview and sometimes it doesn't. If i open the file in photoshop the red boxes aren't there. This has been happening for about a month.

  6. Can't drag files directly from Downloads in dock (Mac)

    The downloads folder in the dock is probably one of the most used folders on our Macs. Dragging a file directly from there into a folder on Bridge causes the most recently copied file to be copied again, not the file you've dragged from Downloads. This means every time we need to copy files from Downloads to Bridge, a Finder window must be opened.
    This bug has been around for a while, was hoping it would be fixed in CC 2019.

  8. "Show Items from Subfolders" command shows the contents of hidden folders

    From "path Bar" the command "Show Items from Subfolders" shows the contents of hidden folders which start with dot character.

  9. PDF Output

    Output to PDF thumbnails needs a color profile setting you can adjust. Current Bridge CC 2019 is terrible. The images are always too dark and over saturated. Clients don't understand. This needs immediate attention.

    The top layer is from Photoshop ContactSheet II. The bottom layer is Bridge.

  11. CAN'T SELECT MULTIPLE FOLDERS IN FOLDER PANEL (CTRL CLICK or SHIFT CLICK)

    Cannot select multiple folders to work with.

    Bridge ver: 9.0.1.216 x64

    Windows ver 7 Home Premium V6.1 build 7601: service pack 1

    EXPECTED ACTION: Select folder in folder panel (click) then use SHIFT CLICK or CTRL CLICK to select additional folders

    ACTUAL ACTION: Highlights 2nd folder and loses 1st (or others) folder (s)

    Example: Cannot copy or move or do any action to multiple folders at a time in folders panel.

    This is as designed behavior.
    Were you able to do this in earlier versions of Bridge?

  12. Rotate not working

    I'm using Bridge CC 2019 and rotate images (command + [ ]) isn't working. The edit menu tab flashes blue and the command shows that it worked, but the images aren't actually rotating. I've tried downgrading to CC 17 and other versions, but none of them are working at all.

  13. Can't type in new Capture Time

    When I want to change a Capture Time, I can select and place my pointer to type in a new date/time, but that does not work. I must instead scroll through the calendar to find and select the date I want. That is very slow. I think it must be a bug that the date/time field appears to be editable, but is not.
    I scan photos and so do lots or date changing. Too slow the way it it now.

    Request you to share more info on how you are trying to copy paste move assets in Bridge and the observations. This will help us share a resolution accordingly.

  16. wrong dat in batch in Bridge 2019

    iedere keer als ik via "naam wijzigen in batch" en dan de datum voor de foto wil zetten van de dag dat mijn camera de foto heeft gemaakt, zet hij automatisch de laatst gekozen datum in Raw files. Bij jpeg's gaat het goed. Maar bij de raw niet.
    Voorheen heb ik dat nooit gehad.

  17. Template Error

    We apply Bridge templates ( replace Metadata) to assets delivered by Freelance photographers. The photographers have already added there own Creator metadata. Our Template usually leaves the IPTC Creator fields untouched, by having those fields unchecked in the template. (screenshot 1)
    However we now need to replace the "Creator Email" in the Metadata to reflect our contact as the Publisher. To do this I checked the Creator Email field in the Template and entered our email , other Creator fields remain unchecked (screenshot 2).
    However in Bridge 2018/2019 applying this adjusted template results in all the Creator Metadata being replaced,…

  18. Can not delete files!

    I just reviewed a photo shoot of 1000+ and wanted to delete about 500 of them. Bridge freezes everytime I try to delete them all at once.

    Tried it several times now, does not work. This has never happened to me before the 2019 version came out!

  20. Folder Paths not displayed consistently in Favorites Panel

    I have Bridge CC Version 9.0.2.219 x64 running on a Windows 10 PC.

    I have several folders in Favorites which all have the same name, namely 2019 for the current year, but they do not display consistently.

    Sometimes no folder paths are shown
    Sometimes some folder paths are shown, some fully, some with ellipsis ...
    Sometimes all folder paths are shown in full

    If I close and reopen Bridge one of the above will occur but which one is quite unpredictable.

    Is this a bug or normal yet curious behaviour?
