  1. slow PDF files opening (17s)

    Hello, when I have Bridge on, PDFs take a long time to open (17 seconds). When turned off, PDF files open instantly. I use Acrobat Pro DC.

  2. Can't use Bridge and copy/move files at the same time

    I am transferring files off of my computer to a hard drive, and Bridge will not let me use the program while the files are copying/moving. While the copy progress screen is up I can't click on any folders or even scroll. This is a huge bug for me!

  4. Constantly checks web

    Every time I launch Bridge (and, it seems, other Adobe CC apps) I get a smallish white dialog box with no information other than a circular blue progress indicator. My guess is that it is checking that it is a registered app.
    I was under the impression that it only checked once every couple of months, but this happens with every launch.
    In addition my Internet was down the other day and I was unable to launch Adobe apps as a result. This means that I must always be connected to the web to use my Adobe CC apps. This…

  5. Bridge crashes on closing

    I'm working in with Bridge 2019 on a Dell machine running Windows 7. When I close bridge, I get TWO error messages stating that "Bridge CC 2019 has stopped working". I have the same problem with InDesign, but not with Illustrator or Photoshop.

  6. signing in

    1. I am using Adobe Bridge CC Version 9.0.0.204 x64
    2. Open Bridge for the first time since rebooting my computer
    3. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
    4. I open Bridge and I am automatically signed in, or it automatically signs me in in the background
    5. It takes a few seconds while my system completes the sign in process (see video)
    6. I have uploaded a screen capture video

    This only happens the first time I open Bridge after rebooting my computer, and it is not a huge issue, but is something that I don't see on any of the other updated Adobe CC products.

  7. photodownloader -download error

    PhotoDownloader continually stops saving images - has happened multiple times, while attempting via different USB ports, and using SD card slot, also while using SD card reader - I have Images I am unable to access after multiple attempts gives following error message
    Mac is BRAND NEW so incredibly doubtful this is a physical problem
