Bridge export function does not implement mirroring of picture from Camera RAW
We are digitizing alot of glas plates in our museum and we use Adobe Bridge for metadata and raw editing. Our problem is when we export the pictures in Bridge (versions 2022, 2023 and 2024) the export does not include the mirroring of the picture we do in Camera Raw, but all of the other alterations made in Camera Raw are included.

flip, rotate, mirror are not correctly exported consistently - export feature is not trustworthy
RAW to which one of the following operations has been applied : rotation, horizontal mirroring, vertical mirroring, vertical flip, horizontal flip, will NOT reflect that operation smoothly, continuously, reliably if the Bridge "export" function is used. To be sure that the export happens, you must directly use the INTERNAL export to camera raw.
It would be helpful if all export/conversion/saving functions were consistent and consistently working.
Currently, I cannot trust Bridge's "export" function.Bridge 14.0.1.137
Issue is still present.

Camera Raw functions buttons not visible when opening large number of files
When opening large numbers of RAW (CR2) files (for batch converting into JPG), most functions / buttons are not visible. I have to blindfolded find the Export button, and the window that opens looks the same, with only a few lines and letters visible.

Handling of multiple raw files prompts error.
Bridge 2024 : Double click a raw file (.NEF) and it opens in ACR. Choose 1 or more NEFs, then choose Open in Camera Raw, you get 'A suitable app is not installed'. Choose Open in Photoshop, PS is opened than all are opened in ACR.
The expected behavior is that all raw files can be opened in ACR via Bridge w/o PS being opened, as in the past.

Camera Raw defaults setting
I has saved all my setting as my Camera Raw Default Setting (camera binding). But when I opened another fresh DNG file from the same camera, all preset basic settings (e.g. exposure, contrast, shadow, highlight, white, black, etc.) did not applied, while the problem did not exist in other settings like colour, distortion, lens profile etc.
When I manual select my own preset, the basic setting came up.
Did I set anything wrong?

We would recommend you update and confirm if the issue is resolved.
To update Camera Raw: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel, and Check for updates. Then click Update for Camera Raw.

Upon attempting to open RAW files in Adobe Bridge, the option to "Open in Camera RAW" is not present in the context menu
after Update on 11.08.2023, Upon attempting to open RAW files in Adobe Bridge, the option to "Open in Camera RAW" is not present in the context menu or any other relevant menu. The functionality to directly open RAW files in Camera RAW is missing. I am using BRIDGE Beta version. Thumbnails for SONY .ARW RAW files are not displayed in Adobe Bridge, causing difficulties in identifying and previewing these files within the application.

GPU PROBLEM: limited acceleration
As of 07/28/2023 Camera RAW is incompatible with latest nVidia studio driver for 3070 ti. Game ready driver works with full hardware acceleration.

Constrain to image
The crop tool always constrains to image, even when the checkbox is unchecked. What is the point of the checkbox?

Duplicate RAW files on import..still!
This isn't an idea.. except for please fix this bug!
Others claim it has been fixed for a while (see Adobe forum), but I'm not seeing that. I just installed the latest Bridge 2023 beta.. and it's still there.

Some raw images not getting settings applied with Select All and Paste

Copy Edit Settings (Camera Raw), Select All (Edit Menu), Paste Edit Settings.

Camera Raw effects should be pasted to all files (select all used)

ACR : FLIP is not exported to JPG files and sometimes becomes a rotation even in TIFs
I selected a certain amount in a batch of photos and did the horizontal FLIP (mirroring from right to left) and worked on it every which way, successfully, as long as it remained RAW + XMP.
Then I exported a batch of these to JPG and all those with the flip came back flipped from the original side, while others, exported to TIF (but not all!) were instead ROTATED 90 degrees.This non-repeatable randomness of data, by the way, does not make series work reliable at all! I have to check everything when I have many files!

When I open a image file as open in camera raw, it will appear a new windows but w/o top white bar is disappear,
I using Windows 10 w/ Bridge Ver 13.0.2.636. When I open a image file as open in camera raw, it will appear a new windows but w/o top white bar is disappear, so I can not move the windows around. However, it is normal at my Windows 11 system.

Adobe Bridge and Photoshop freezes every time I try to open a raw file. Latest version of both 2023.
Adobe Bridge and Photoshop 2023 and 2022 will freeze when opening a raw file. Some days it works, some other not. Did reinstall the creative suite, the latest versions and the newest, also updated my GPU drivers to the latest. Still not working. Have to exit the programs with task manager. Am on Windows 10 and have a Nvidia GTX 960M GPU. I need it to work. It has been going on since the second week of January 2023. Spent 4 hours with some technicien from Adobe who tried and did not succeed . Help!!! I need it to work.…

Camera Raw opening blank from Bridge and Photoshop
Whether I try to open one or multiple RAW files from Bridge or through Photoshop (on windows 10), Camera Raw (version 15.2) opens strangely blank, except for the panels and vertical filmstrip. I cannot do any work on new or previously edited images since February 2023. The attached file is a screenshot of Camera Raw window.

The masking feature has been removed from under 'Details'
The masking feature under 'Details' allowed for better control of sharpening (and also noise reduction). I used it on all my raw image. I has now been removed. Please see the attached print screen. There is no Masking feature under Details. This feature disappeared after I updated to 12.0.0.270. Very disappointed as this really helped reduce work flow. I would like to see back.

CACHE ALWAYS RESETS TO 5 GIG 13.0.8.1.583
No matter what I do, ACR cache ALWAYS rests to 5.0 Gig. I've tried a dozen different ways to reduce the size. NEVER happens. Always running cache in the background. Hating it more every day.

Camera Raw
Camera raw is locked on the upper left corner of the screen and cannot be moved. If there are two screens, it will be locked on the upper left corner of the first screen. What is the purpose? Completely violates the design concept of Windows!

camera raw lens profile correction creates pattern
For low key photos that have more dark areas, a pattern is visible when lens profile corrections are enabled. This pattern is visible in Bridge before opening a raw file in ACR, even when the profile is switched off for a file. When exporting a jpg from ACR with the lens profile enabled, the pattern is applied to the image.
I found out about this prolem just recently because I bought a modern lens. Since 2017 I have been using vintage lenses and as they have no profiles in ACR, I had no issues. This problem is not new according…1 vote -
Camera Raw. Can't move mask or adjust size of mask (E.g. Liner gradient or radial gradient)
In Camera Raw, I can no longer adjust the size of a liner gradient mask or a radial gradient mask. The size lines/box that shows the mask area are first there when making the mask however as soon as I click to place, the lines/box disappear and I can no longer adjust the mask at all.
The attached image is of a liner gradient mask after being placed (red area). As you can see no adjustment box is present so I can not adjust the size of the mask at all as I could before.
